You can keep your chosen storage provider and ask OneMove to handle the moving. We can review collection from your unit to a home, flat, office or student accommodation. Tell us which items are coming out, where they are going and who will open the unit. If both ends are storage facilities, choose the transfer option.

Can you move belongings to my chosen storage facility?
Yes. OneMove operates its own removal service and uses its own vehicles. You can ask us to collect from your London address and deliver to your chosen unit, or bring belongings from storage back home. Use the storage form and select No when asked whether storage needs arranging if you already have space booked. The items, access and date still need confirming.
Can I ask for storage and collection together?
You can include both requirements in the same request. Choose the move into storage, say that you need space and add the belongings, start date, likely duration and access needs. If you need no moving service, choose Storage only. We will discuss the request with you; the actual storage arrangement and transport need agreeing before booking.
Can you collect only part of what is in my unit?
You can request a collection of selected items. List what is coming out and what will remain, then arrange access with the facility. Tell us who will identify the belongings and authorise collection. The quote needs to cover those items and the delivery address.
Can my belongings come back to university or an office?
You can request delivery from storage to student accommodation, an office or another workplace as well as a home. Add the destination, floor and access arrangements. Include reception hours, loading rules or any booked moving slot so the team can review the collection and delivery together.
What affects the moving or storage price?
For transport, the items, distance, access, dates and agreed handling work matter. Storage also depends on the space, duration and terms. When comparing quotes, give each company the same item list and addresses. Check packing, collection, storage and return charges separately if they are needed, so the first price does not hide a different scope of work.
What if I do not know the date or storage size?
Choose the unknown-date option or ask us to advise on size. A rough furniture list and box count are enough to start the review. If the delivery address is still unknown, explain that in the notes. The missing details will need to be agreed before the service is booked.
Can a London collection go outside the area or overseas?
Give us the destination so the team can check the route from your London collection. Use the international form if the belongings are going abroad, and explain storage needed before shipment. Country-specific requirements and available services need checking for that destination.
Does sending the form confirm my booking?
No. The form sends your requirements for review. We contact you about the quote and any details needed. Check the agreed work, dates, charges and booking arrangements before treating a collection or storage space as reserved.
