Our service information is here to help you choose the right request, prepare the details and understand what to check before booking. It should explain the job in ordinary language.
Start with what you need to do
Moving into storage, bringing items home and moving directly to another address need different information. The pages explain those differences and link to the appropriate form. The London checklist lets you bring collection, storage and return details together before you contact us.
Service facts and general advice
We describe the confirmed services and give practical preparation advice. A general page cannot reserve a vehicle, allocate a unit or confirm the cost of a job. Your quotation and booking terms need to identify the agreed items, dates, charges and responsibilities.
Storage and transport are different arrangements
OneMove operates the removal service with its own vehicles. Customers can ask for transport to and from their chosen storage facilities. The space, visiting hours, permitted goods and storage cover depend on the actual provider and agreement. Check those details alongside the transport booking.
Examples and pictures
An example enquiry shows details you can include in your own request. It is not a customer case study. Pictures marked as illustrative do not identify a warehouse allocated to you. Use the confirmed location and booking information when arranging a collection or visit.
Information that needs checking
Prices, provider terms and official destination requirements can change. Check the relevant provider or authority for those details. For an international move, use official customs information for the destination as well as the services set out in the quotation.
Questions and corrections
If a page is unclear, out of date or different from the quote you receive, tell the team. Include the page name or enquiry reference and the point you need explained. Ask before booking if you are unsure who will arrange part of the job.
